What You'll Do13
- 1Senior Analytics Expertise Serve as a senior subject-matter expert for complex analytics data modeling reporting process analysis and business intelligence solutions across multiple functions or business units
- 2AI and Automation Solution Leadership Identify evaluate and support opportunities to apply AI-enabled analytics bot automation workflow automation and scripting to improve operational efficiency data quality and decision-making
- 3Technical Solution Ownership Lead the design development testing implementation and enhancement of analytical solutions dashboards automated reporting processes and bot-supported workflows
- 4Strategic Stakeholder Consultation Partner with business leaders project managers developers and end-users to clarify objectives define requirements assess options and recommend scalable solutions aligned to business priorities
- 5Mentorship Without Direct Management Mentor junior analysts and team members by providing technical guidance reviewing analytical approaches sharing best practices and supporting adoption of new tools and methods
- 6Standards and Best Practices Establish and promote standards for documentation data governance process mapping quality controls automation readiness and sustainable analytics solution design
- 7Executive-Level Communication Translate complex analytical results automation outcomes AI-enabled insights risks and recommendations into clear business narratives for senior management and cross-functional audiences
- 8Continuous Innovation Stay current on emerging analytics AI automation and business intelligence trends proactively recommend practical use cases that improve productivity accuracy scalability and user experience
- 9Analytics Process Leadership Lead analytics processes across multiple functions or business units leveraging complex analytical tools to create data-driven solutions
- 10Mentor Junior Employees Provide technical guidance review analytical approaches share best practices and support adoption of new tools and methods
- 11Analytic Approach Determination Determine optimal analytic approach and support development implementation and enhancements
- 12Peer Assistance Support colleagues with guidance on analytic approaches related to more complex solutions
- 13Solution Optimization Analyze results and make recommendations for key business partners and senior management or communicate conclusions from complex analytical solutions to a wide range of audiences
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Advanced SQL Python data visualization data warehousing and automation capabilities
- 3Knowledge of Python React AWS Kubernetes and related technologies
- 4Experience with AI-enabled analytics bot automation and workflow automation tools
- 5Proven ability to lead technical projects and drive automation initiatives
