Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, Digital Analytics
Overview
You will drive digital performance insights for the Digital department, measuring mobile and online application enhancements that serve millions of members. Your analyses will guide business strategy for BI solutions and experience optimization. You will work with Product, Marketing, and Contact Center teams to deliver dashboards and reports that shape digital adoption and self-service outcomes. This contract role offers hybrid flexibility across Virginia or Florida locations.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build quantitative and qualitative analyses of digital enhancements to evaluate performance and member behavior.
- 2Design dashboards and scorecards in Tableau or Power BI to monitor digital health and adoption.
- 3Lead root cause analysis of digital journey issues using funnel and heat map visualizations.
- 4Forecast costs, risks, and impacts of new digital initiatives using statistical methods.
- 5Automate recurring reports with SQL and Python to reduce manual effort.
- 6Drive data quality improvements across enterprise platforms and connect disparate data sources.
- 7Communicate insights to stakeholders with clear data storytelling.
- 8Support ad-hoc reporting requests from Product and IT partners.
- 9Guide junior analysts on dashboard design and analytic methods.
Requirements9
- 17+ years in data analysis, business intelligence, or digital analytics.
- 2Advanced skills in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- 3Advanced experience with Tableau or Power BI for dashboard development.
- 4Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics for digital measurement.
- 5Experience with AWS or Azure cloud services for data processing.
- 6Strong statistical analysis and experiment measurement skills.
- 7Proven stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- 8Advanced data integration and governance knowledge.
- 9Experience leading small projects and mentoring junior staff.
