Business Intelligence Analyst
Overview
You will own the performance measurement of new digital enhancements, analyzing their impact on mobile and online application experiences at scale. As a Business Intelligence Analyst on the Digital BI team, you will support business decisions across the Digital department with quantitative and qualitative data analysis. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to deliver insights that shape the product roadmap. What You'll Do8
- 1Build dashboards and reports in Power BI to track key performance indicators for digital product launches.
- 2Design and execute A/B tests to measure the effectiveness of mobile and online feature rollouts.
- 3Analyze user behavior data using SQL to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
- 4Deliver weekly performance summaries to stakeholders, highlighting insights and recommendations.
- 5Develop and maintain data models to support self-service analytics for the Digital team.
- 6Collaborate with product managers to define success metrics and targets for new features.
- 7Partner with engineering to ensure data accuracy and completeness in event tracking.
- 8Automate recurring reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Requirements7
- 13+ years in a Business Intelligence or data analytics role
- 2Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating large datasets
- 3Experience with Power BI or other BI tools like Tableau
- 4Demonstrated ability to translate business questions into analytical frameworks
- 5Solid understanding of statistical concepts and experiment design
- 6Excellent communication and presentation skills
- 7Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
