What You'll Do7
- 1Drive the transformation roadmap, defining scope and milestones with business and technology stakeholders.
- 2Own requirements gathering, translating business needs into user stories and functional specs in JIRA.
- 3Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, coordinating across cross-functional teams.
- 4Manage project schedules, dependencies, and risks, escalating blockers to keep delivery on track.
- 5Partner with QA to validate test plans and ensure solutions meet acceptance criteria.
- 6Facilitate stakeholder demos and status reporting, tailoring communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
- 7Champion process improvements, adopting Agile best practices to boost team velocity.
Requirements8
- 15+ years in Business Analysis and Project Management, with 3+ years in Asset Management or financial services.
- 2Proven track record delivering transformation programs with Agile methodologies.
- 3Strong JIRA and Confluence skills, with experience creating epics, stories, and dashboards.
- 4Expertise in stakeholder management, mapping business processes with Visio or equivalent.
- 5Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Technology; PMP or CBAP certification a plus.
- 6Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to translate complex concepts to executives.
- 7Hybrid model required: 3 days onsite in Boston, 2 days remote.
- 8Visa independent consultants only; US work authorization without sponsorship required.
