  • 6Manage equipment investments and expenses to maximize branch profitability
  • 7Influence strategy, budgeting, and company initiatives as opportunities arise

  • 10Travel and local driving as required for operations and client engagements

Requirements10

  • 110+ years in the commercial landscape industry with 5+ years in landscape management or green industry operations
  • 2Bachelor’s degree preferred; industry certifications such as CLP or ISA Arborist are a plus
  • 3Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record to meet fleet insurance standards
  • 4Strong computer proficiency with ability to adapt to new technology; CRM experience preferred (Aspire a plus)
  • 5Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills with experience managing others in a B2B setting
  • 6Excellent oral and written communication and client relationship skills
  • 7Creative problem solving with ability to improve operational processes
  • 8Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with minimal direction
  • 9Willingness to drive or travel locally and work variable hours including seasonal snow duties
  • 10Commitment to safety, policy adherence, and continuous improvement
