Maintenance Crew Member, Landscape & Seasonal Services
Overview
Landscape maintenance and enhancement roles at BAM Outdoor, Inc. with weekly pay and year-round opportunities. What You'll Do10
- 1Build landscape installations and maintenance tasks under supervision to support client spaces
- 2Operate commercial-grade equipment including mowers and trimmers to complete daily work orders
- 3Maintain and service equipment to minimize downtime and extend life
- 4Plant, trim, prune, and install landscape features and lawn elements
- 5Contribute to hardscaping and outdoor lighting projects to enhance curb appeal
- 6Handle snow removal during winter months to maintain access and safety
- 7Safely operate machinery such as skid steers and mini-excavators on job sites
- 8Collaborate with Foreman and team to ensure plans are followed and timelines met
- 9Adapt to varying weather conditions and client needs to deliver consistent results
- 10Show willingness to learn landscape design, equipment operation, or leadership paths
Requirements7
- 1Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work in diverse weather conditions
- 2Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong work ethic
- 3Basic mechanical skills for equipment maintenance
- 4Willingness to tackle both landscape maintenance and enhancement tasks
- 5Desire to grow professionally within landscape design, equipment operation, or leadership
- 6Experience with maintenance or construction tasks is a plus
- 7Open to seasonal winter duties and adaptable to schedule
Salary Insight
$37 - $46k per year
