What You'll Do11
- 1Assist Manager in achieving branch sales and revenue goals by proactively identifying, marketing, and recommending banking products and services beneficial to the customer.
- 2Create energy around Retail objectives and initiatives as a Keeper of the Woodforest Culture.
- 3Develop and lead innovative strategies to grow, retain and deepen consumer and business relationships.
- 4Grow business deposits and loans through inside and outside business calling.
- 5Enhance customer experience and bank reputation by greeting, engaging, and developing relationships with customers, community members, and retail partners.
- 6Lead a technology driven customer experience.
- 7Execute community engagement strategy with a Community Development Relationship Manager.
- 8Inspire and coach team members to reach their full potential and act as a positive role model.
- 9Maintain highest level of confidentiality and follow all policies and procedures.
- 10Perform branch servicing duties such as paying and receiving, cash and vault balancing; ordering cash, cards, reports, audits and control checks; maintaining and servicing ATMs; and cleaning work areas.
- 11Practice prudent expense management and address customer questions by telephone or in person.
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in customer service or sales
- 35+ years experience with Salesforce CRM platform
- 42-5 years managing retail operations teams
- 51 year experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- 6Proven ability to work flexible or extended hours
- 7Strong interpersonal skills and proven leadership capabilities
- 8Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance standards
- 9Ability to learn new products and processes quickly
- 10High school diploma or equivalent required
- 11Previous instore banking experience preferred
