Branch Operations Lead, Retail Banking
Overview
You will own daily branch operations at a Chase branch in Flower Mound, TX, managing cash devices like the ATM and cash vault, and leading the team to deliver exceptional client service. You will collaborate closely with the Branch Manager, support a team of bankers and tellers, and ensure strict adherence to policies and regulatory requirements. This role goes beyond transactions: you will introduce clients to self-service banking options and build lasting relationships that drive loyalty. What You'll Do6
- 1Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming and vibrant branch atmosphere, ensuring every client leaves satisfied.
- 2Greet clients warmly, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trusted relationships.
- 3Lead branch operations, including managing cash devices like the cash vault and ATM, and resolve client issues quickly and effectively.
- 4Introduce clients to self-service banking options, simplifying their experience and enabling 24/7 account access.
- 5Support the Branch Manager in maintaining high standards for loss control, compliance, and audits.
- 6Keep the branch team informed on latest policies and procedures through regular reviews and communication.
Requirements7
- 11+ years of retail banking experience.
- 2High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- 3Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
- 46+ months of Associate Banker (Teller) experience (preferred).
- 5College degree or military equivalent (preferred).
- 6Successful completion of the Branch Operations Lead Training Program (required).
- 7Willingness to travel for in-person training and meetings.
