Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2High school diploma GED or foreign equivalent
- 3Associate Banker experience 6+ months or military equivalent
- 4College degree preferred
- 5Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
- 6Strong communication and client education skills
- 7Commitment to detail and organizational proficiency
- 8Passion for mentoring colleagues and driving team performance
- 9Experience with banking policies and compliance requirements
- 10Proven leadership in fast-paced environments
