Overview
As an Associate Banker at JPMorgan Chase's Wilmington Main St Branch, you will own the client experience from greeting to account servicing, driving branch success through attentive service and Chase's digital tools. What You'll Do7
- 1Greet clients as they enter the branch, using a tablet to manage lobby traffic and schedule appointments.
- 2Open new accounts and service existing ones, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
- 3Educate clients on self-service options including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs for everyday banking.
- 4Build client relationships by listening actively and sharing Chase product knowledge to meet financial goals.
- 5Handle branch operations, including managing cash devices like the cash vault and ATM, following all bank procedures.
- 6Resolve client issues promptly with attention to detail, ensuring a consistent experience.
- 7Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service and elevate the client experience.
Requirements9
- 11+ years in client service or comparable experience.
- 2High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 3Ability to put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service.
- 4Proven skill in building trusted relationships and showing genuine care.
- 5Clear communication to understand client needs and anticipate them.
- 6Quick learning of Chase products, services, and procedures.
- 7Effective problem-solving to resolve issues quickly and accurately.
- 8Strong desire to influence and connect clients to technology solutions (preferred).
- 9Cash handling experience (preferred).
