Associate Banker, Part Time Branch Banking
Overview
You will own the client experience at our South Pasadena branch, greeting every visitor, managing lobby traffic with a tablet, and opening accounts that meet client goals. You will work with a team of Chase bankers, using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATM technology to guide clients toward self-service solutions. Your role directly impacts branch success by building trusted relationships and exceeding service expectations. What You'll Do5
- 1Greet clients as they enter the branch, creating a welcoming atmosphere and using a tablet to manage lobby traffic and schedule meetings.
- 2Open new accounts and handle account servicing, complying with all banking regulations and policies.
- 3Educate clients on Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATM options to enable 24/7 banking.
- 4Build relationships by listening to client needs, asking questions, and partnering with team members to offer financial solutions.
- 5Operate cash devices including the cash vault and ATM, adhering to bank procedures.
Requirements8
- 1High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 2Client service experience or comparable experience in a service role.
