You will own the client experience at our Colleyville Branch, greeting clients, managing lobby traffic with a tablet, and opening accounts. - 1Greet clients as they enter the branch, making them feel welcomed and valued, and use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check them into the queue, and schedule or cancel meetings.
- 2Open new accounts and perform account servicing, ensuring compliance with all banking policies and regulatory requirements.
- 3Educate clients on self-service options including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to handle their banking needs.
- 4Listen actively to client needs, ask thoughtful questions, and recommend products and solutions, partnering with team members to achieve financial goals.
- 5Manage cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, balancing and adhering to bank procedures.
- 6Resolve client issues promptly and accurately, maintaining a consistent and welcoming experience.
