Overview
Lead day-to-day service operations for building automation systems in data centers. Manage a team of BMS Service Technicians to diagnose and repair control systems. Coordinate technician deployment and support escalated issues. Ensure safe efficient service delivery while maintaining accurate tracking of project progress. Requires 50%+ overnight travel.

Requirements7
- 14–7 years of BMS BAS HVAC controls experience
- 21–3 years leading technicians or field operations
- 3Method of Procedures experience
- 4Ability to work in data centers and mission-critical facilities
- 5Strong communication and technical leadership skills
- 6Experience with BMS software and network integration
- 7Travel availability for project assignments
