Project Manager - 5K Controls
Overview
The Project Manager leads end-to-end BAS/EMS delivery at 5K Controls, a subsidiary of Hays Electrical Services. This role owns schedule budget quality and client satisfaction while coordinating internal and external stakeholders. It is a hybrid position focused on delivering technically sound building automation solutions.
What You'll Do9
- 1Manage full project lifecycle for BAS/EMS projects from award to closeout
- 2Develop detailed project schedules and risk reports
- 3Coordinate with integration engineers and subcontractors
- 4Oversee subcontractor performance and financial tracking
- 5Present monthly reporting and lead project review meetings
- 6Handle client communications and issue resolution
- 7Maintain documentation for commissioning and as-built records
- 8Drive continuous improvement of project management processes
- 9Assist Assistant Project Managers in team development
Requirements8
- 15+ years project management in BAS/EMS or related fields
- 2PMP certification preferred
- 3Experience with BACnet and Niagara protocols
- 4Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Project
- 5Strong financial tracking and change order management skills
- 6Experience managing field labor and vendor coordination
- 7Bachelor's degree in construction management or related discipline
- 8Travel to project sites required

$105 - $125k per year
