Provide field leadership and technical support while partnering with the Construction Manager on project planning customer communication and operational priorities. Requires 50%+ overnight travel across the country for service repair projects.

What You'll Do12

  • 1Lead daily activities of BMS Service Technicians across assigned service projects and customer sites
  • 2Coordinate technician scheduling dispatch and resource allocation to support service commitments
  • 3Monitor service progress and ensure work is completed safely efficiently and in accordance with company standards
  • 4Support execution of service projects repairs commissioning activities system upgrades and corrective actions
  • 5Track project milestones labor utilization and service completion status
  • 6Escalate resource constraints schedule risks and customer-impacting issues to the Construction Manager
  • 7Serve as the primary technical escalation point for technicians on complex controls issues
  • 8Support or perform advanced troubleshooting of BMS hardware software controllers integrations and networks when required
  • 9Review root-cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring system issues
  • 10Validate commissioning activities programming changes and system modifications
  • 11Ensure service documentation and technical records are completed accurately and consistently
  • 12Promote troubleshooting best practices and continuous technical development across the team

Requirements6

  • 14–7 years building automation experience
  • 21–3 years leading technicians crews or field service operations
  • 3Experience creating and upholding Method of Procedures MOPs to manage projects
  • 4Experience coordinating service projects work orders schedules and field resources
  • 5Advanced troubleshooting capability across controls systems networks and integrations
  • 6Experience working in data centers mission-critical facilities healthcare or similar environments
