What You'll Do7
- 1Independently troubleshoot and service BMS systems in critical environments
- 2Diagnose hardware software and networked control issues
- 3Execute service tickets from assignment through full resolution within SLA timelines
- 4Perform system upgrades backups restores and configuration changes
- 5Execute commissioning and startup activities including performance validation
- 6Install and configure control components such as sensors controllers and panels
- 7Read and interpret control drawings to identify and implement solutions
Requirements5
- 13-5+ years of BMS building automation or HVAC controls experience
- 2Proficiency with Tridium Niagara N4 or equivalent systems
- 3Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware software and networked systems
- 45+ years building automation experience
- 5Ability to work 90% of time traveling across the country for service repair work
