What You'll Do11
- 1Build and maintain HIPAA compliant client records
- 2Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs under BCBA supervision
- 3Develop and execute individualized treatment plans
- 4Collect and document accurate session data
- 5Communicate daily updates to supervisors and families
- 6Attend weekly supervision and staff meetings
- 7Travel between clinic and home locations as needed
- 8Maintain valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- 9Obtain CPR certification after first 90 days
- 10Pass background screening and provide proof of auto insurance
- 11Lift up to 40 pounds and respond quickly for client safety
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Active RBT certification, strongly preferred
- 3BCBA or BCaBA coursework enrollment
- 4High school diploma or GED
- 5Minimum 1 year ABA experience
- 6Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- 7CPR certification required after first 90 days
- 8Background screening clearance
- 9Proof of auto insurance
- 10Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
