Behavior Technician (RBT), ABA Therapy Center
Overview
You will deliver 1:1 and group ABA therapy to young children with autism at a center-based program in Indianapolis. You will execute individualized treatment plans built by a BCBA, tracking progress and adjusting to each child's needs. You will work alongside a clinical team of behavior analysts and fellow technicians in a structured, center-based environment. What You'll Do7
- 1Deliver 1:1 and group therapy using ABA techniques including intensive teaching and natural environment training.
- 2Follow each client's individualized behavior acquisition and reduction protocols from the BCBA treatment plan.
- 3Collect and record behavior data on a mobile device during each session, summarizing results for the clinical team.
- 4Assist with parent and caregiver training sessions, communicating progress as directed by the BCBA.
- 5Prepare therapy materials and support behavior reduction assessments.
- 6Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment.
- 7Report critical incidents and safety concerns immediately to the supervising BCBA.
Requirements10
- 1Hold current RBT certification from the BACB.
- 2High School Diploma or GED.
- 318+ years old.
- 4Reliable transportation to the center.
- 5Pass a company background check.
- 6Willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
- 7Willing to complete a TB test annually.
- 8Physically able to kneel, stand, lift 50 lbs, and move quickly to ensure child safety.
- 9Detail-oriented to perform repetitive tasks with precision.
- 10Proficient with mobile devices and digital data entry apps.
Salary Insight
