What You'll Do9

  • 1Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home and approved community settings
  • 2Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs under BCBA supervision
  • 3Collect and record accurate session data
  • 4Maintain HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality
  • 5Communicate effectively with supervisors and families
  • 6Attend scheduled supervision training and staff meetings
  • 7Travel locally between clinic and in-home sessions
  • 8Obtain CPR certification after first 90 days of employment
  • 9Pass background screening and provide proof of auto insurance

Requirements8

  • 1High school diploma or GED required
  • 2Minimum 1 year of ABA experience preferred
  • 3Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • 4Willingness to travel locally between clinic and in-home sessions
  • 5Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and respond quickly for client safety
  • 6Proof of background screening
  • 7Active RBT certification strongly preferred
  • 8Enrollment in BCBA or BCaBA coursework is a plus
