What You'll Do11

Requirements9
- 1Minimum 21 years old with valid driver’s license
- 2High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s in psychology counseling or sociology preferred
- 3At least 5+ years experience in clinical mental health settings
- 4Proven ability to manage high‑stress environments with composure and analytical thinking
- 5Strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills with cultural sensitivity
- 6Flexibility to work day evening overnight weekend and holiday shifts
- 7Ability to operate vehicles safely and responsibly
- 8Demonstrated expertise with evidence‑based therapeutic modalities
