What You'll Do11

Requirements9

  • 1Minimum 21 years old with valid driver’s license
  • 2High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s in psychology counseling or sociology preferred
  • 3At least 5+ years experience in clinical mental health settings
  • 4Proven ability to manage high‑stress environments with composure and analytical thinking
  • 5Strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills with cultural sensitivity
  • 6Flexibility to work day evening overnight weekend and holiday shifts
  • 7Ability to operate vehicles safely and responsibly
  • 8Demonstrated expertise with evidence‑based therapeutic modalities
  • 9Commitment to ongoing professional development and certification
