Overview
The BCBA will own caseload management and supervise RBTs across a hybrid Maryland setting at scale. You will work within a BCBA-led team to drive progress for children with autism and families, supported by clinical leadership and ongoing CEU access. You will influence treatment planning, data review, and collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams. What You'll Do10
- 1Build and assess VB-MAPP and ABLLS frameworks to inform individualized ABA plans and monitor client progress
- 2Design and refine treatment plans based on data trends to achieve measurable outcomes within 90 days
- 3Provide clinical supervision to RBTs and ensure ethical compliance across the team
- 4Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to align goals and improve outcomes
- 5Maintain documentation and records with accuracy and regulatory adherence
- 6Leverage the goal bank to streamline plan development and adapt strategies as needed
- 7Contribute to program development and content creation to support scaling and training
- 8Participate in supervision and coordination activities with the Clinical Director
- 9Support referrals and participate in ongoing professional development and CEU activities
- 10Engage in performance reviews and quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery
Requirements5
- 1Current BCBA Certification is required
- 2Master’s degree in ABA or related field
- 3Experience in program development and RBT supervision
- 4Strong organizational and leadership skills
- 5Reliable transportation for local travel
Salary Insight
