What You'll Do6
- 1Build and assess VB-MAPP ABLLS AFLS based ABA treatment plans to support progress goals.
- 2Lead supervision of RBTs and guide ongoing development and fidelity of interventions.
- 3Monitor client progress and adjust plans using data driven decisions to improve outcomes.
- 4Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and share progress.
- 5Maintain documentation, data collection, and ethical compliance per BACB and payer standards.
- 6Attend team meetings and support onboarding of new clinicians to maintain program continuity.
Requirements6
- 1Current BCBA certification
- 2Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- 3Experience developing ABA programs and supervising RBTs
- 4Strong organizational leadership and communication skills
- 5Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
- 6Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
