Overview

Own child-focused ABA services at scale across home, school, and clinic settings. You will supervise and collaborate with a team of therapists, contribute to program design, and ensure data-driven progress for children with ASD. This role emphasizes hands-on casework, clinician mentorship, and building functional skills for independence. What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and supervise individualized ABA programs for children with ASD and guide caregivers in implementing goals
  • 2Design behavior intervention plans and measurable objectives for therapists and families to use in sessions
  • 3Provide at least 10% direct supervision of behavioral therapists with behavioral skills training and actionable feedback
  • 4Analyze data from sessions to drive data-driven program changes and ensure clinical integrity of the treatments
  • 5Ensure progress generalization through caregiver involvement, training sessions, and ongoing communication
  • 6Conduct reassessments at least twice per year and summarize progress for each client
  • 7Maintain HIPAA compliant communication with parents, therapists, and the office
  • 8Keep programs socially significant, functional, and oriented toward independence and happiness
  • 9Document and review session notes regularly to support treatment decisions
  • 10Coordinate travel to assigned cases and participate in team meetings and trainings

Requirements10

  • 1Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Educational/Health/Human Services, or Psychology
  • 2BCBA and LBA certification required
  • 3Minimum of one year of ABA client or teacher supervision experience
  • 4Passion for ABA and working with children, families, and therapists
  • 5Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • 6Ability to travel to and from assigned cases using personal vehicle, public transit, or walking
  • 7Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and to kneel, sit on the floor, or crawl as needed
  • 8Self-motivated, collaborative team player with patience and professionalism
  • 9Commitment to HIPAA compliance and confidentiality
  • 10Ability to adhere to ethical standards and maintain professional boundaries
