Overview
Own clinical program delivery for children with ASD across home, school, and clinic settings at scale in the NYC metro area. Lead assessments, design and supervise behavior intervention plans, and drive data-driven program changes. Collaborate with caregivers and a multidisciplinary team to ensure meaningful, functional outcomes and independence.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build assessment protocols for ASD evaluations and partner with caregivers to set meaningful goals and treatment plans
- 2Design behavioral intervention plans and functional, observable goals for therapists and caregivers to implement
- 3Provide at least 10% direct supervision of behavioral therapists with performance feedback while maintaining clinical integrity
- 4Analyze data and adjust programs based on progress to ensure generalized improvements across clients
- 5Maintain regular communication with parents, therapists, and the office and document progress in a HIPAA compliant manner
- 6Reassess clients at least twice per year and summarize progress for each supervisee
- 7Ensure programs are socially significant, functional, and lead to independence and happiness
- 8Conduct ongoing progress reviews and clinical notes, ensuring confidentiality and ethical standards
- 9Coordinate travel or on-site supervision for cases across NYC and surrounding regions
- 10Foster caregiver involvement through trainings and goal-alignment sessions
Requirements10
- 1Must have BCBA certification and LBA required
- 2Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Educational/Health/Human Services, or Psychology
- 3Minimum of one year of ABA client or teacher field supervision
- 4Passion for ABA and working with children, families, and therapists
- 5Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- 6Ability to travel to assigned cases including driving, walking, or public transit
- 7Physical ability to climb stairs, lift up to 10 pounds, and sit on the floor or crawl as needed
- 8Self-motivated team player with patience and professionalism
- 9Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- 10Commitment to HIPAA compliance and ethical standards
Salary Insight
$166 - $208k per year
