Overview
We seek a compassionate BCBA to design evidence-based ABA treatment plans for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities across home center and school settings. This role involves leading interventions improving client outcomes while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements9
- 15+ years experience as a BCBA with pediatric populations
- 2Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Psychology or related discipline
- 3Active BCBA certification from Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- 4Current LBA licensure in New Jersey or equivalent credential
- 5Proficiency with ABA software platforms and documentation systems
- 6Strong analytical abilities for interpreting complex behavioral data sets
- 7Excellent communication skills for interdisciplinary collaboration
- 8Experience managing multiple concurrent client caseloads
- 9Knowledge of state-specific regulations governing behavior analytic services
