What You'll Do9
- 1Conduct behavioral assessments and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) for new clients
- 2Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles
- 3Supervise RBTs and clinical staff, providing feedback and modeling techniques
- 4Monitor client progress and update treatment goals using electronic ABA software
- 5Complete reassessment reports and clinical documentation within scheduled hours
- 6Train parents and caregivers on behavior plans and carryover strategies
- 7Participate in IEP meetings and coordinate with schools to align care
- 8Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure consistent service delivery
- 9Mentor staff on clinical excellence and evidence-based practices
Requirements6
- 1Active BCBA certification
- 2Active New Jersey Behavior Analyst License (or eligibility to obtain before start)
- 3Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- 4Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred
- 5Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
