Overview
Automotive Alignment Technician at Mavis Tire in Orlando will own wheel alignment, tire mounting, balancing, and related service at scale for a large automotive service network. You will work with state-of-the-art equipment to measure caster camber toe and thrust angles to reduce tire wear and keep vehicles tracking straight. What You'll Do10
- 1Build and align wheels using advanced equipment to ensure vehicles travel straight and true
- 2Perform state inspections, oil changes, and tire repairs in addition to alignment work
- 3Diagnose and address tire wear patterns and suspension-related concerns to improve vehicle performance
- 4Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization of work area and tools
- 5Document service work and communicate findings with customers and team members
- 6Assist with inventory management and ordering of tires and parts as needed
- 7Support senior technicians with complex repairs and installations
- 8Contribute to a high customer satisfaction by delivering quality service
- 9Adhere to company policies and OSHA safety guidelines
- 10Participate in ongoing training to stay current with equipment and standards
Requirements6
- 118+ years of age
- 2Authorized to work in the United States
- 31 year of experience and/or training in mounting dismounting balancing tires or equivalent education and training
- 4Preferred state inspection license
- 5Ability to stand walk bend kneel stoop crouch crawl climb and perform repetitive movements
- 6Must regularly lift and move items weighing over 50 pounds
