What You'll Do8
- 1Build and execute alignment procedures using modern equipment
- 2Measure and adjust caster camber toe and thrust angles
- 3Reduce tire wear while ensuring vehicles travel straight and true
- 4Conduct state‑mandated inspections and oil filter changes
- 5Perform dismounting mounting rotating balancing tasks as needed
- 6Maintain a safe working environment by lifting items over 50 pounds
- 7Drive improvements in customer satisfaction through precise alignment
- 8Collaborate with team members to resolve complex service issues
Requirements6
- 1Minimum age 18 years old
- 2Legal right to work in the United States
- 3One year of experience or training in tire mounting balancing rotation or dismounting
- 4State inspection license preferred
- 5Ability to stand walk bend kneel stoop crouch crawl climb pull reach and repeat movements
- 6Physical stamina to lift and move heavy loads repeatedly
