Overview
Lead hands-on tire services for customers at a state-of-the-art center in Orlando with full-time scheduling. You will install tires and wheels, perform rotations, balancing and flat repairs at scale across high-volume locations. You can earn guaranteed weekly bonuses up to $800 during introductory period on top of base pay. Training starts on day one and no experience is required.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build tire and wheel services for customers including rotations, balancing and flat repairs
- 2Drive safe operation of vehicles by ensuring proper tire service and maintenance
- 3Own service quality and customer satisfaction through accurate installation and timely delivery
- 4Ship completed tire services to customers with a focus on speed and accuracy
- 5Scale shop workflow by following proven processes and using standard tools and equipment
- 6Meet or beat promised delivery times and maintain high safety and quality standards
- 7Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

- 1Be at least 18 years of age
