What You'll Do6

  • 1Program PLC and HMI control systems using Rockwell platforms, focusing on new equipment and retrofits.
  • 2Commission and start up automation systems at customer sites, ensuring smooth integration with existing controls.
  • 3Troubleshoot and resolve issues with VFDs, motor controls, sensors, and instrumentation in industrial environments.
  • 4Configure and debug industrial communication networks, including Modbus, for reliable data exchange.
  • 5Develop project documentation and provide technical support to customers and internal teams.
  • 6Upgrade existing control systems to improve performance and meet evolving process requirements.

Requirements7

  • 12+ years in industrial automation, controls, or process systems engineering.
  • 2Hands-on PLC and HMI programming experience, primarily with Rockwell platforms.
  • 3Working knowledge of VFDs, motor controls, sensors, and instrumentation.
  • 4Familiarity with industrial networks such as Modbus and understanding of control system architecture.
  • 5Strong troubleshooting and communication skills for field and office settings.
  • 6Proficiency in Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting.
  • 7Preferred: Experience with additional PLC platforms, pneumatic/hydraulic systems, and custom control system design.
