What You'll Do8
- 1Own the development and validation of attitude guidance algorithms for spacecraft missions
- 2Design and implement ADCS calibration strategies and coordinate with bus suppliers
- 3Lead troubleshooting of ADCS anomalies and drive resolution of critical issues
- 4Collaborate with program systems engineers to define performance requirements and allocate resources
- 5Develop and deliver guidance services that interface across multiple spacecraft platforms
- 6Champion best practices in attitude dynamics and guidance and control methodologies
- 7Mentor junior engineers and foster cross‑functional teamwork within mission groups
- 8Drive continuous improvement of on‑orbit operations processes and performance metrics
Requirements6
- 15+ years of proven experience as an attitude control architect or engineer
- 2Strong communication and organizational skills for stakeholder interaction
- 3Challenge conventional aerospace engineering and testing practices
- 4Extensive knowledge of Python programming language
- 5Experience with Flight / Orbital Dynamics
- 6International experience working on global satellite missions
