What You'll Do8

  • 1Own the development and validation of attitude guidance algorithms for spacecraft missions
  • 2Design and implement ADCS calibration strategies and coordinate with bus suppliers
  • 3Lead troubleshooting of ADCS anomalies and drive resolution of critical issues
  • 4Collaborate with program systems engineers to define performance requirements and allocate resources
  • 5Develop and deliver guidance services that interface across multiple spacecraft platforms
  • 6Champion best practices in attitude dynamics and guidance and control methodologies
  • 7Mentor junior engineers and foster cross‑functional teamwork within mission groups
  • 8Drive continuous improvement of on‑orbit operations processes and performance metrics

Requirements6

  • 15+ years of proven experience as an attitude control architect or engineer
  • 2Strong communication and organizational skills for stakeholder interaction
  • 3Challenge conventional aerospace engineering and testing practices
  • 4Extensive knowledge of Python programming language
  • 5Experience with Flight / Orbital Dynamics
  • 6International experience working on global satellite missions
