Assistant Property Manager, Multi-Site Portfolio & Resident Experience
Overview
Property management leadership at scale within a multi-site portfolio totaling 236 units, working closely with the Property Manager to drive leasing, resident relations, financial performance, and team development. You will help create welcoming communities, support operations, and prepare for future leadership opportunities. This role blends hands-on leasing, financial reporting, and process improvement in a people-first environment.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build relationships with current and prospective residents to drive leasing and retention.
- 2Lead and perform property and apartment tours to ensure tour-ready and move-in ready homes.
- 3Design and manage marketing and online advertising to attract residents and maintain high occupancy.
- 4Own delinquency management tasks including reviewing balances and issuing rent demands.
- 5Scale financial, operational, and marketing reporting under the Property Manager's guidance.
- 6Drive curb appeal and overall community presentation to support leasing performance.
- 7Collaborate with cross-site teams across multiple communities within the portfolio.
- 8Maintain accurate, organized resident files and ensure regulatory compliance.
- 9Support back-up leasing coverage and cross-training across portfolio sites.
Requirements5
- 11 year of property management experience
- 2Strong organizational and communication skills
- 3Knowledge of local, state, and federal housing regulations
- 4Ability to work Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays
- 5Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation

$50 - $54k per year
