What You'll Do8
- 1Own all property operations, including leasing, rent collection, and tenant relations to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- 2Drive maintenance and facilities management to keep 2,000+ units safe, clean, and well-maintained.
- 3Coordinate leasing processes using Yardi or OneSite; conduct property tours and upsell available units.
- 4Ensure compliance with housing regulations and foster positive relationships with residents and vendors.
- 5Lead on-site staff to deliver exceptional tenant experiences and resolve issues promptly.
- 6Oversee rent collection and financial reporting to meet property performance goals.
- 7Implement strategies to reduce vacancy and turnover, leveraging market data and resident feedback.
- 8Manage vendor contracts and schedules to ensure cost-effective and timely maintenance.
Requirements7
- 13+ years as a Residential Property Manager managing multifamily properties.
- 23+ years of multifamily property management experience, preferably with large portfolios.
- 3Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or related field (preferred).
- 4Proficiency with property management software such as Yardi or OneSite.
- 5Strong knowledge of fair housing regulations and leasing laws.
- 6Proven track record of maximizing occupancy and revenue.
- 7Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
Salary Insight
