Requirements11
- 15+ years managing multifamily portfolios on-site
- 2Proficiency with AWS and Yardi property management systems
- 3Strong leadership experience supervising teams of 10+ staff members
- 4Demonstrated success in budget development and expense control
- 5Experience traveling to diverse locations with minimal notice
- 6Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- 7Valid New Jersey real estate license preferred
- 8Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
- 9Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 10Experience in lease administration and tenant relations
- 11Knowledge of federal and state landlord-tenant laws
