What You'll Do11
- 1Set up and start new projects while estimating smaller bids
- 2Enter jobs into Smartsheet and QuickBooks
- 3Read construction drawings and create material schedules
- 4Develop AIA and SOV documents
- 5Manage contract reviews and documentation
- 6Organize product data and safety documents
- 7Assemble shop drawings and safety forms
- 8Assemble administrative files and respond to inquiries
- 9Research products and services as needed
- 10Handle billing using AIA templates and monthly processes
- 11Close out jobs ensuring all change orders are billed
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing projects and teams
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4AWS Certified experience required
- 55+ years experience with QuickBooks
- 63-5 years proficiency with Smartsheets
- 7Strong time management and organizational abilities
- 8Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 9Ability to thrive in a fast-paced construction setting
- 10Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other software
