Overview

What You'll Do6
- 1Build and maintain project processes for RFIs, submittals, and pay applications
- 2Update project schedule and quality control plans to meet milestones
- 3Assist in creating and managing project budgets for assigned projects
- 4Conduct project meetings, set milestones, and prepare monthly owner reports
- 5Collaborate with the project superintendent and site operations team throughout the project lifecycle
- 6Develop pre-construction RFP packages and support closeout activities
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma required or four-year degree preferred in construction, engineering, or business
- 22-5 years of experience in commercial construction
- 3Experience with ProCore, BlueBeam, JD Edwards, Adobe, and Microsoft Office suite
- 4Strong communication skills and professional business writing abilities
- 5Ability to adapt to evolving technology and processes
