- 5Complete Grace Hill training and pursue skill development
- 6Support safety initiatives and compliance standards
- 7Execute general maintenance activities like repairs and painting
- 8Transport materials and assist with painting projects
- 9Respond to maintenance requests from the team
- 10Ensure market-ready condition for new residents
- 11Document all work and report supply requirements
Requirements10
- 15+ years experience with ETL pipelines using Spark and Airflow
- 2OSHA certification and knowledge of ADA regulations
- 3Grace Hill training completion within deadlines
- 4Back-support belt and glove usage as required
- 5Non-flat-bottom shoes mandatory for safety
- 6Ability to lift 1-50 lbs regularly with occasional 75 lb lifts
- 7Strong visual recognition skills for cleanliness assessment
- 8Attention to detail for spot cleaning and quality checks
- 9Basic hearing required for instruction reception
