- 3Support business functions by managing labor costs food costs and controllable expenses using sales and operational data to drive results.
- 4Drive the guest experience setting the hospitality standard resolving guest concerns professionally and ensuring consistent brand execution.
- 5Collaborate with campus stakeholders to align restaurant operations with institutional goals and support strategic growth.
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading supervisors or large hourly teams
- 32+ years experience in fast-paced high-volume environments
- 4Certified in relevant hospitality or culinary fields
- 5Proven track record of driving revenue and improving operational efficiency
- 6Strong communication and conflict resolution abilities
- 7Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- 8Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- 9Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software
- 10Dedication to exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
- 11Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
