- 1Lead team recruitment hiring training coaching and retention of front- and back-of-house staff
- 2Direct daily operations maintain food quality cleanliness food safety and sanitation oversee inventory ordering and vendor relationships
- 3Support business functions assist labor management food cost controllable expenses and financial performance using sales data
- 4Drive guest experience set hospitality standards resolve guest concerns and ensure brand consistency
- 5Own shift execution manage scheduling and implement improvements
Requirements8
- 13–5 years restaurant management experience with increasing responsibility
- 2At least 2 years leading supervisors or large hourly teams
- 3Strong leadership financial acumen and decision-making skills in fast-paced high-volume settings
- 4Commitment to hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences
- 5Ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds
- 6Experience with eVerify for employment verification
- 7Valid driver’s license
- 8Previous experience working in higher education dining environments preferred
