What You'll Do5
- 1Lead your team by recruiting hiring training coaching and retaining front- and back-of-house staff while fostering accountability and teamwork
- 2Direct daily operations ensuring high standards for food quality cleanliness food safety and sanitation while managing inventory ordering and vendor relationships
- 3Support business objectives by assisting with labor management food cost controllable expenses and restaurant financial performance using sales data to drive results
- 4Drive guest experience by setting hospitality standards resolving guest concerns professionally and maintaining consistent brand execution
- 5Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and team performance throughout the academic season
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing large hourly teams
- 3Competitive hourly pay with performance-based advancement opportunities
