What You'll Do7
- 1Lead and develop a front- and back-of-house team through recruitment hiring training coaching and retention
- 2Direct daily operations ensuring food quality cleanliness food safety and sanitation
- 3Manage inventory ordering and vendor relationships to support operational efficiency
- 4Support business functions by handling labor management food cost controllable expenses and financial performance
- 5Drive guest experience by setting hospitality standards resolving concerns professionally and maintaining brand consistency
- 6Analyze sales and operational data to drive results and improve performance
- 7Collaborate with senior leadership to achieve organizational goals and expand restaurant presence
Requirements7
- 15+ years managing restaurant operations with increasing responsibility
- 23-5 seasons leading supervisors or large hourly teams
- 3Strong leadership financial acumen and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments
- 4Commitment to hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- 5100% ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds
- 6Experience with eVerify for employment verification
- 7Valid driver’s license required for onsite duties
