What You'll Do11
- 1Act and work in a manner consistent with company core values
- 2Drive and teach the company philosophy around the basic P’s of retail
- 3Provide direction to all product sales specialists for high-level customer service
- 4Complete all product specialist certification courses
- 5Validate product placement and pricing within the department
- 6Greet every customer in a helpful and courteous manner
- 7Process customers at check-out using POS systems
- 8Handle refunds and exchanges according to established guidelines
- 9Present how-to classes to customers
- 10Stock and tag merchandise displays as required
- 11Create price tags and merchandise signs
Requirements6
- 1High School Diploma or GED
- 21 year of customer service or sales experience
- 3Industrial Truck (forklift) proficiency certification
- 4Ability to lift 30-60 pounds occasionally and 20-30 pounds frequently
- 5Understanding of safe lifting practices and standard operating procedures
- 6Knowledge of the basic P’s of retail including People Product Presentation Price Promotion Purchasing
