- 1Train and develop Product Sales Specialists to exceed performance expectations
- 2Ensure positive customer interactions through expert product knowledge
- 3Act consistently with company core values during daily operations
- 4Drive adherence to safe lifting practices and industrial truck certifications
- 5Direct product placement validation and merchandising organization
- 6Communicate SOP updates and changes promptly to all associates
- 7Process transactions using POS systems while managing refunds and exchanges
- 8Conduct training sessions to educate customers on products
- 9Follow established cash and card acceptance procedures
- 10Answer phone calls in accordance with organizational guidelines
- 11Stock, tag, and create price tags and merchandise signage
- 12Maintain clean and organized workspaces throughout the department
Requirements9
- 1High School Diploma or GED with one year of customer service/sales experience
- 2Physical stamina to lift 30-60 pounds occasionally and 20-30 pounds frequently
- 3Ability to stand, walk, reach, climb, and stoop as needed
- 4Experience with Python, AWS, React, and Kubernetes
- 5Certification in CPC Card, BCBA, or AWS Certified programs
- 65+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 7Demonstrated success in fast-paced retail environments
- 8Strong verbal and written communication skills
- 9Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
