We seek an experienced Assembler Technician for a full-time contract role in Fremont CA supporting fast-paced assembly packing shipping inventory accuracy and production coordination. What You'll Do6
- 1Assemble products according to certified assembly procedures customer specifications and quality standards
- 2Pack prepare and ship completed assemblies while ensuring order accuracy and proper documentation
- 3Support production planning activities including preparing job instruction packets and coordinating workflow needs
- 4Partner with warehouse purchasing and production teams to meet daily deadlines and production targets
- 5Maintain inventory accuracy while following SOPs safety requirements and manufacturing guidelines
- 6Keep the work area clean organized and aligned with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices
Requirements5
- 12 to 5 years of assembly experience in high-volume electric vehicle automotive or advanced manufacturing environments
- 2Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- 3Ability to follow certified procedures and maintain safety standards
- 4Experience with lean manufacturing principles
- 5Commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement
