Overview
You will assemble custom products, prepare orders for shipment, and ensure all work meets customer specifications and quality standards. You'll join the Operations team under the Assembly Services Production Manager, working Monday-Friday with morning or swing shifts. This role involves hands-on assembly, packaging, quality checks, and production scheduling support. You'll collaborate with production planners, buyers, estimators, and warehouse associates. What You'll Do8
- 1Assemble custom products per work instructions and customer requirements using assembly services experience.
- 2Build and package products accurately and efficiently to meet daily production goals.
- 3Prepare completed assemblies for shipment following quality standards and procedures.
- 4Create job instruction packets and assist with production scheduling as needed.
- 5Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- 6Support inventory accuracy and order accuracy initiatives.
- 7Participate in process improvement efforts to enhance efficiency.
- 8Meet daily production goals and deadlines consistently.
Requirements10
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, or warehouse operations.
- 3Assembly services experience strongly preferred.
- 4Basic computer skills.
- 5Strong attention to detail.
- 6Basic math and reading skills.
- 7Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
- 8Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team environment.
- 9Strong organizational and time management skills.
- 10Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
