Overview

Assemble Hydrafacial treatment devices and sub-assemblies using hand and power tools in a manufacturing environment. Report to the Production Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily build goals. This contract role offers weekly pay, benefits, and a pathway to permanent employment. What You'll Do10

  • 1Build complete products and sub-assemblies using wire strippers, crimpers, drills, soldering stations, and other equipment, following MOPs.
  • 2Package finished products per manufacturing procedures and verify part numbers and components for accuracy.
  • 3Maintain quality standards and meet production and takt time goals on assigned lines.
  • 4Identify and report defects, rejects, and non-conforming materials to the Production Lead immediately.
  • 5Stay certified on all workstations and stay current with work instructions and revisions.
  • 6Document production activities for traceability and compliance with quality systems.
  • 7Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times.
  • 8Keep work area clean and organized throughout the shift.
  • 9Participate in continuous improvement, cross-training, and production training programs.
  • 10Collaborate with Production and Quality teams to meet daily objectives.

Requirements10

  • 1High School Diploma or GED.
  • 21+ year of manufacturing, production, or assembly experience (entry-level with strong mechanical aptitude welcome).
  • 3Ability to read and follow MOPs, work instructions, diagrams, and verbal instructions in English.
  • 4Experience with hand and power tools in a manufacturing setting.
  • 5Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for detailed assembly.
  • 6Plan, prioritize, and complete assignments accurately and on time.
  • 7High attention to detail to spot errors and maintain quality.
  • 8Strong work ethic and willingness to ask questions.
  • 9Work independently and as part of a team.
  • 10Available for overtime or adjusted schedules as needed.
