Assembler - Contract to Hire

You will assemble, solder, and test subassemblies for six precision instrument types in Andover, MA. You own the line from start to finish, meeting daily production targets with IPC-A-610 and JSTD-001 standards. You work on a dedicated 4-day week plus Friday morning, in a lean manufacturing environment. This contract-to-hire role offers a pay rate of $28-$30 per hour, with a clear path to permanent employment.

You will assemble electro-mechanical components and subassemblies for a manufacturing team in Boston, MA, on 1st shift. You will own wire preparation, soldering, crimping, and connector termination to IPC and J-STD standards. You will work with precision components under a microscope, ensuring quality and compliance. This temp-to-direct role offers hands-on work in a clean, organized environment with opportunities for permanent placement.

You will own the assembly of electro-mechanical products in a lean manufacturing cell, performing go/no-go testing, wire bonding, and RF soldering. Your work directly supports production output and quality for customer-specific orders. You will work within a small team, rotating across stations and adhering to ESD protocols.
