Armed Security Officer, Security & Customer Service Leads
Overview
Level 3 Texas security license required to join our patrol team protecting clients in Dallas. The role focuses on visible deterrence, quick response, and professional interaction with guests and staff across indoor and outdoor posts. What You'll Do10
- 1Build a visible professional presence to deter threats and protect people and property
- 2Respond to security incidents and alarms with timely, organized actions and clear documentation
- 3Deescalate tense situations using outstanding customer service and communication skills to prevent violence
- 4Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency responders when needed
- 5Document incidents, observations, and visitor details using approved forms and protocols
- 6Patrol assigned routes and monitor for irregularities and suspicious activity
- 7Maintain compliance with Texas security regulations and obtain/hold Level 3 license
- 8Log all activities and incident reports accurately in the system
- 9Uphold professionalism and safety standards in all interactions with clients
- 10Support shift handoffs with thorough reporting and situational awareness
Requirements9
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2Valid Level 3 Security License in Texas or eligibility to obtain one
- 3Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or related field preferred
- 4Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- 5Ability to work effectively in high stress environments with sound judgment
- 6Must pass a background check
- 7Availability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- 8Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- 9Capable of functioning independently and remaining calm in high pressure situations
