What You'll Do5
- 1Patrol retail areas, entrances, parking lots, and loading docks on armed vehicle and foot patrols to deter unauthorized activity.
- 2Monitor access points and observe customers and employees for suspicious behavior, policy violations, or loss-prevention concerns; document and report observations.
- 3Respond to incidents and critical situations with a calm, professional, problem-solving approach, coordinating with store leadership and emergency responders.
- 4Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and staff by following site procedures and policies, including emergency response activities.
- 5Maintain required armed post qualifications and handle assigned equipment per Allied Universal policies and applicable laws.
Requirements7
- 13+ years combined law enforcement, corrections, or military experience, or 5+ years armed security experience.
- 221 years of age or older.
- 3Valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy.
- 4Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
- 5High school diploma or equivalent.
- 6Pass a background investigation and drug screen as required by law.
- 7Complete industry-specific security training programs.
