What You'll Do5
- 1Provide customer service to clients, customers, and employees by following security procedures and site policies
- 2Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical emergencies and other critical situations calmly and according to protocol
- 3Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout retail areas, parking lots, loading zones, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity
- 4Monitor access points, observe activity, and report suspicious behavior or hazards to leadership or law enforcement as appropriate
- 5Document incidents, patrols, and daily activities accurately while maintaining a professional presence in a busy retail environment
Requirements5
- 13+ years combined law enforcement, corrections, or military experience or 5+ years armed security experience
- 2Be at least 21 years of age
- 3Valid driver’s license per driver policy requirements
- 4Level III Armed Certification in Texas
- 5High school diploma or equivalent
